So a little bit about me... I and my husband Patrick immigrated to Canada and settled in St. Catharines in 1988. We have 3 adult children, a son-in-law, an adorable 1 year old granddaughter, Willa and grand puppy Archie the Frenchie. I love to host friendship gatherings and have a passion for gardening and hiking.

I have a law background but have worked mostly with families in social services in Niagara for over 30 years which has provided me with extensive understanding and insight into the needs of children. I worked with Family and Children’s Services Niagara, Adolescents Family Support Services of Niagara (now Strive Niagara) and my passion is for every child to be in a secure family environment. This passion is the driving force behind my becoming a Family Mediator.

I am also currently the Executive Director at Niagara Life Centre Counselling, an organization working with individuals and families in all kinds of situations needing counselling. I am looking to diminish my role at NLC as I grow in my role as a Family Mediator. I am trained in Early Childhood Development and understand the needs of children well. Accredited by the Ontario Association of Family Mediators (OAFM) and Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (FDRIO), I am ready to work with separating families by guiding solutions focused conversations.
